Answers to Frequently Asked Questions About 3C Plumbing’s Services & Policies

Low Overhead Means
Low Prices for You!

To keep prices low, we don't
stock and store extra inventory.
What We Pay for a Part,
You Pay for the Part!

Q: Do you work weekends?
A: Yes, we can schedule an installation or repair to fit with your busy schedule.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and personal checks only. In order to keep your cost as low as possible, we do not accept credit cards.

Q: Will you come out to give an estimate or quote?
A: Yes, at no charge.

Q: How do you estimate the cost of a job?
A: Most pre-planned jobs are estimated at a flat rate for equipment and labor, such as a water heater installation.

Emergency repairs and remodels are billed for “time & material,” that is, a set hourly rate for labor plus the cost of materials. And remember, we do not mark up material or equipment prices. What we pay for a part, you pay for the part!

Rarely, as we get into a project we may find additional or hidden damage, or unforeseen situations that were not readily apparent during the initial inspection and may require additional work and charges.

Q: Do you offer a Maintenance plan?
A: Unlike the large plumbing chains, we do not offer or sell maintenance agreements as we feel that they provide no real value to our customers. Let’s be honest, what would we maintain?

  • Your toilet may get clogged, but nothing we could do as part of a maintenance program would prevent it from happening.
  • We could check to make sure that your sump pump is plugged in, but so could you just as easily.
  • We will not charge our customers for work that doesn’t need to be performed.
